So with my possible gall bladder issue I am on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours and then a BRAT diet for a few days. What all can I eat on the BRAT diet? So far I have purchased a big thing of applesauce and some bananas.

Right now I'm starving and I just discovered I make really bad Jell-O. LOL

Thanks.

What can I do next?

Bananas, rice, applesauce, tea, toast. You may also have plain baked potato (no skin),saltine crackers, cheerios( plain version), plain macaroni. You can have boullion cube broth. or 99% fat free broth. Toast needs to be white or plain wheat bread. Don't recommend whole wheat or any other type. The idea behind this diet is to have things that are easily digestible and will let the gut rest.
Hope this helps.

Bananas
Rice
Apple sauce
Toast (white, not whole wheat)
Hope you feel better soon. Buy the pre-made Jello, it's more expensive, but when your diet is THAT limited, I would say you're entitled to spend a little more :)

Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast...You can also drink clear liquids without much sweetener (if you need caffeine, tea is okay but not coffee or any kind of soda)

I had to be on it for Gastroenteritis and blood in my stool. This is what I ate and it really did help!

Rice Cakes
Bananas
Applesauce
Oatmeal (I made it with water instead of milk so it was easier on my tummy)
Snak Pak Jello in Orange & Cherry flavors (Very, very yummy and it's already made!)
Pretzels (The ones you heat up in the microwave w/o salt)
Chicken Noodle Soup
Gatorade
Apple Juice
Lots of water!!

Hope this helps!

Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast
variations of those things, like different mild breads (dry is preferable) and different steamed grains

Think bland and boring and not too fatty or sugary at all. It's boring for a while, but it does help!

Good luck!

Bananas, rice, applesause and toast.

Bananas: as they are.
Rice: plain or done in chicken broth.
applesause: plain, no additives
toast: plain, absolutely no butter or it will kick up your gall bladder issues again.
