Cindy Crawford's "Meaningful Beauty" Skincare Line - Anyone Tried It?

Well, I'm not getting any younger & I started thinking that I need to start taking better care of my skin. I keep seeing the infomercial for this skincare line, and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it, and if it worked/is worth it? A lot of times infomercial products are useless or bogus, so I'd like to get some feedback on this product.

Thanks!!

ETA - I noticed the monthly price, and it seems pretty high. I'm pretty sure plastic surgeons have helped to maintain Cindy's youthful glow, not some "wonder" serum.

What can I do next?

I tried it once, I didn't think it made THAT much of a difference - but the products are expensive, they keep automatically shipping them to you and billing you for them, and then it's a pain to try to get them to stop. I think there are plenty of other products out there that are just as good without the commitment. I am a big fan of a company called DHC myself.

I'm a Mary Kay consultant and my opinion is to find a great skin care line and regimen and stick with it. Make sure you don't mix brands (ie Brand X cleanser and Brand A moisturizer) because it's literally like having chemical warfare on your face... different brand items just were not made to work with each other. Make sure you cover the 5 steps of keeping your skin beautiful... cleanse, exfoliate, tone/freshen, moisturize and protect.

I've used my product line for 25 years and have been very happy with it (which is why I signed up to be a consultant- I believe in the products and the company)... the products I use (TimeWise) are backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval as well as the company. But find a product line you love and use it. Good luck!

I personally don't get into making more $$ for a celebrity.

When I was 11, I am 49 now, I was introduced to the Clinique skincare line. I have used this faithfully with my daily routine morning and night since. Of course, the products I use now are more focused on anti aging and are specifically the Repair Wear Series. They have something for every stage.

My 16 yr ok'd daughter has used this routinely since she was about 11 as well.

While there is no magic potion, skin care is a routine, which involves diet as well. Thankfully, I am from a good gene pool and my daughter is much like me.

I never ever go to bed or start my day without my 2 minute or less routine. Not much time, a lot of progress.

It depends on your genes, how yor health habits are, your routine.

Like I said, I am 49, I still get carded at times although I laugh as it's a joke, and I easily pass for early 30's.

Habit, routine, genes. I learned the habit from my mom when I was a teen and it was one if the greatest gifts she could have given me other than her good genes. She us now 69 and passes for early 50's.

It's all in how you care for yourself, inside and out

I have tried it and it's okay. The daily moisturizer with SPF is my favorite product. The problem is that the amount they give you is way too small. I thought the supply they sent was for 1 month and it turned out to be for 3 months. I cancelled immediately.

I was at the doctor's office and read an article in a women's magazine that rated different skin treatments. Believe it or not, Avon products rated extremely highly for value and doing what they say they do.
I was surprised.

I would like to add that I don't use those products, don't sell those products and am in no way endorsing them. The point of the article was that paying higher prices for creams, etc, didn't make them any more effective.
I know many women who have never used anything but soap and water and have beautiful skin and few wrinkles. I think a lot of it has to do with diet and genetics. Avoid sun damage.

If there was a miracle cream, no matter how expensive, I guess we'd all look like Cindy Crawford, wouldn't we?

Just my opinion.

As the lady said before about Avon products do work. Though I do sell them, I use them as well. I just started using there Anew Genics which they advertise as the new Anti Aging cream. Check it out for yourself. I have used it for 2 weeks now and noticed by skin tone is better. It's worth a try you never know. Check the link below to see what you think.

Most over the counter products aren't that great. My friend who is an estitician says they can only put in so many active ingredients in those. I'd go to an estitician at a derm's office if you can afford it. They usually have good products there. Jan Marini is good.. So is Rhonda Allison. And PCA. There are several. As we age, what we need is a good sunblock, and a vit C serum. But I'm no expert. And I don't think any product is going to make a huge difference anyway. Photofacials are really good (an easy laser procedure). And the prices on those are coming down.
