Headache with Bodyache

Sounds like part of your problem might be a migraine if you are sensitive to noise. Try taking anti-inflammatories (like ibuprofen) and follow the recommended dosing, being sure to take more after the appropriate amount of time. Also, drink LOTS of water. Headaches can be triggered by many things, but the one most common for me is dehydration. Maybe even try Gatorade or other beverages with electrolytes. Be careful of your caffeine intake. Drinking more or less caffeine that usual can also cause headaches. If you have any sinus congestion, that could also cause a headache. Take a decongestant if you have any congestion.

The body aches could indicate that you're fighting something - either viral or bacterial. The ibuprofen should also help with the aches and any fever you might have. If this continues after 24 hours of ibuprofen, you should probably make an appointment to see you doctor.

If you have any kind of fever, off to the doctor you go! I experienced the same thing, and it was strep throat, which is running rampant right now! My throat was not hurting actually, but I ached and esp my head and neck. I think it was the fever that had me to achy, I was 103 by the time I was seen. Is anyone else in your house feeling sick? I am constantly on the lookout these days for symptoms of carbon dioxide poisoning. So if anyone else if feeling ill also, you may want to get your heater checked out.

I never get headaches and just have had a slight one for a week. I was sick a week ago with a 24 hr deal and got better then we went to Brandson on a 4 day trip and had a wonderful time for two days then I got really sick. Kept taking tylenol but finally got some Mucinex D. I remember the doctors said I could take that with other meds I take. It is sucking out the snot and I have not had a headache now in two days. I guess it was sinus. I sure was sick. Fever and did not eat for a day or more. Better now. Good Luck. I also use Choreseptic on my throat as it was raw. Sometimes a headache can be helped by re-hydrating. So drink lots of water. It could very well be you are having sinus issues and if you think that could be a culpret try a Nettie Pot to clear out you sinuses.
