Hey everybody. I am looking for iron on letters or material to cut out letters. I went to Hobby Lobby and Walmart, but the letters are sooo small. I wanted them about 3 inches tall. Does anyone know where I could find these?

What can I do next?

I too have been looking for some and recently ran across the website www.alphabetpatterns.com, they have tons of fonts to choose from and the sizes run from 2 inch to 6 inch so you could get your 3 inch letters. It looks like you buy the template and cut out the letters then trace them on to the fabric of your choice. I am not very familiar with iron on part but it looks like you got some responses on that.

No idea, but if you can find the iron on fabric itself and stencils in the size you want, that could be your emergency plan :) Good luck!

I just got some yesterday at the Hobby Lobby on McDermott in Allen. I only saw Red ones in 3", but they had some packets of letters that could be ironed on that came in all shapes sizes and colors. I have also purchased them at Michael's before. I haven't seen them, but you can also check JoAnn's fabrics.

For my custom baby products I use Wonder Under and fuse to any fabric I want to use. I then trace a letter using a template on the back of the Wonder Under and cut it out of the fabric. Peel off the paper backing and Iron onto another fabric (also irons on to cardboard and wood).

Wonder Under is available at JoAnn's, Hancocks and probably Hobby Lobby too. Directions come with the product and it's very easy to use.
