We are hoping to move this summer. This is the first time we will be selling and I'm not sure where to start. If anybody has a recomendation on a good agent or even a place to research how to start I would really appreciate it.

We had a GREAT real estate agent. Her name is Linda Finley, and she's out of Coldwell Banker in Arlington Heights (on 12 and Palatine Rd). She's really good. Depending on where you are looking to move, I would recommend Michael Hope (Caldwell Banker) in Highland Park. I would also call Linda Antikol in Deerfield. (Coldwell Banker as well.) Both are highly successfull, and live on the north shore.

Hello, We moved to Lakewood in Septemeber from Minneapolis. My husband's relo company set us up with a few different real estate agents from around the area to show us around. By far, the best agent that we had was from Huntley. his name is Dan Suarez. He works for Coldwell Banker out of Barrington. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and seemed to be quite honest about pricing, etc...he may be worth looking into. We will DEFINTETLY use him to sell our house when the time comes.
