Hi. I am looking for advise/feedback from people who have washed their VB bags... I have heard everything from wash gentle in machine to soak in vinegar. I would love to hear from people who have washed their bags and hear how they turned out. thank you.

What can I do next?

Make sure to take the cardboard out of the bottom if its a bag that has one. I made the mistake of washing mine with the cardboard and it became mishapen. Luckily I was able to buy a new cardboard.

I have a bunch of them. Make sure to take out any cardboard bottom if your bag has one. You can turn the bag inside out and then you can push the cardboard out of its sleeve. Then just wash cold in the gentle cycle in the machine. I actually hang mine up to dry after pulling it back into the shape it was. Then when dry I slide the cardboard bottom back in. In some bags the cardboard is covered in cloth and the whole thing just comes out and is not in a sleeve.

I threw my daughter's VB makeup bag in the washing machine, cold and gentle, air dry. Good as new!
