What Is the Going Rate for House Cleaning???

We have always paid our house cleaner $120 - it began, about 10 years ago, for 6 hours, but we've never given her a raise (per hour), nor have we discussed it with her (she only speaks Spanish, which I don't speak), but she's come for fewer and few hours, and yesterday, I think she was only there for 2! (I'm not 100% sure, I wasn't there when she arrived - this is based on the time she has been coming). I need to have a conversation with her, but wanted to find out the "going rate". Please let me know for central NJ?

What can I do next?

Here in DC - I paid $85 for weekly service - 5 bedrooms, 3 bath - 3K sq ft. they changed sheets, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, vacuumed and mopped, etc.

GOOD LUCK!! in talking to her - if the work isn't being done? I would be LIVID!!!

i paid $25 an hour for my cleaning lady. I pay $150 for the time she is here and expect her to be here for 6 hours. I don't care if she finds shortcuts or it is not as messy etc. i am paying by the hour not by the job. Now having said that I do expect everything to get done that we agreed on so if it takes longer I am not opposed to paying more if it is especially messy and I have not had time to pick up the clutter. But I am not willing to pay the same and her get out 2 hours earlier. I don't get paid if I book out two hours early lol

We pay $120. For us, it's not about time, but about space.
We have 3000sq ft and 4 floors.

I pay $100 for my 2300 sq. foot house. My cleaning lady is here for about 4 hours, sometimes 5. When she started it was 5 hours and now it's less but she still gets everything done so I'm not complaining!
