What's Your Favorite SUV, Car, or Truck?

This isn't really a request for anything but I thought it would be neat to find out what's everyone's favorite vehicle is. Rather it's the one you have or one you would like to have. I'll go first. My favorite SUV is my 2004 Nissan Murano. I've wanted one since I first saw one in 2003 when they came out!

What can I do next?

Hi K.!
I just got a GMC Acadia and I love it! It's new out this year and its a crossover vehicle. From the outside its a SUV and the inside is a minivan. It has captain's chairs, 3rd row, and a built in DVD player. Everyone who sees my car falls in love with it!

This is fun. I have a Town and Country van that I drove for about 10 yrs, still have it and it only has about 53,000 miles. It has been great while I was taking daughter and pets places. In 2001, dear hubby gave me a Mazda Miata for fun because I was depressed on this bday, LOL the big 40. Mazda only has about 8400 miles on it. I have enjoyed driving in it and getting away from the soccer mom van.

Last August, hubby gave me a new 07 Mercedes CLK350 (another milestone bday) and I am in love. I LOVE driving this car and will probably never drive anything other than a Mercedes again. It is just a dream.

So, now you have my 2 cents worth. Oh, the reason my cars have the super low milage is because we have a company car (Jeep Cherokee) that is nice too.

I just love love love the Navigator. The 3rd row is automatic and I would be lost without the automatic lift gate. My old Navigator had the 2nd row bench seat, but my new one has the 2nd row captian seats. There is a console between the 2 seats that is perfect for toys, extra diapers etc.

My Lexus RX 300 is the best! I LOVE this car. It's a few years old now, but it still looks new and is a really luxurious but roomy car. I can get in and out quick with my daughter and also fit two large dogs in the back. It's quiet and drives like a dream.

I had a Land Rover (LoLa) during college that I loved. My husband made me sell in when we moved out her and get a gas friendly car, Saab 93. My Saab (Sally) was great until we found out I was having a baby. We decided it was too small and hard to get in and out of with a baby so my 6'8" husband drives it now and I drive the Denali (Duke). I love Duke it is perfect for a baby and the 3rd row seats are great for nursing when away frm home.

What a fun poll!!

My husband drives a Hummer H2 and it has been SO MUCH FUN!!! So that's my all-time favorite. We bought the H3 but it was way too small so we traded for the H2 and haven't regreted it at all.

Nissan XTerra and Jeep Wrangler.
I LOVE the feel of the XTerra and it's so adaptable. Easy to clean out and lots of ways to hook stuff into it. The basket on the top is great for muddy shoes or wet bathing suits at the beach.
Jeep Wrangler, well is there really anything else that needs to be said? They're just fun!
Luckily enough, we have both of them!

I love my Mazda Tribute. It's big enough for all my needs, yet small enough so it doesn't guzzle gas like crazy...thus breaking the bank on gas prices. Fulling up this tank is affordable.
And the V6 engine is sporty enough to zip and speed up when I need the power (merging on to 75 with very little merge lane).

I love my Nissan Murano too! I had a new chevorlet tahoe before this, and the gas nearly killed me. This is a lot smaller, but it fits my two kids great with lots of trunk room and great gas mileage compared to a tahoe. It also is one of the best driving vehicles I have ever had. I can zip in anywhere but I still feel like I have the room to fit my family. I plan on keeping this for a long time, but I will probably buy another one if I had to. (Great stereo system too)

Mazda Mazda Mazda! I have a little zippy Protege (now the Mazda 3) and I love it. No major problems and great gas mileage. My only problem is it's a bit small for my family of 3, hopefully 4 in the future. If you love the Murano's, you should go look at the Mazda CX-7 or CX-9. We're looking at both for my next toy!

I drive a Mitzubishi Outlander and love it! If I could get any new SUV... it'd probably be the Toyota Rav4. Toyotas are excellent vehicles, and the new Rav 4s look really nice.

hey K.
First I have to say if anything is wrong or sounds funny, I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed this morning!

i would have to say i love the nissan murano, which we have. I also have the ford escape which is my work car, and dont care for it as much. The Nissan Murano from what I have heard has made some changes since they first came out. It has a very smooth drive and great features. My favorite (which is an upgrade) is the Intellikey. You can unlock/lock the doors with a little button on the handle with the key in range. You can also start the car without the key in as long as it is in range. This car also fits 2 carseats (yes, i have twins) in the back and a little space for a smaller person to sit. Then I have the Ford Escape which is my company car. It is a much louder and rough ride. My husband does not fit comfortablly in it and you can only fit the 2 car seats in the back.

Well there is my imput.

My dream car is a 69 GTO; we're scouting out parts/frame right now. We want to rebuild one, the only problem is garage space. However...once we get it built, we'll only drive it now and then because it eats gas like crazy!...but it sounds SO good when you crank it up.

I drive a 2002 Mountaineer, and I love, love, love it. I get attached to my cars, though. I will keep it til it just won't run anymore. If I had to buy a 'practical' car that I could actually drive (not the GTO), it would be the Volvo convertible.

I have always been very turned off my any vehicle with the words "mini" or "Van" in its title. However, while my sporty, sexy, fully loaded, fantastic Acura TL (which was my b-day present to myself 2 yrs ago) was in for servicing, the dealership only had a Chrysler T&C to loan me. We are a 1 car family - we work at home, so had been entertaining the idea of getting a bigger car for a long time.

I was able to fit 2 kids, 1 large dog, me, husband + 15 bags of dirt and mulch from Home Depot in the T&C!!!! We were sold. No SUV could hold all that and still fit in the garage.

After lots of exhaustive minivan research, we decided on the Honda Odyssey and it has been embraced lovingly into our family - complete with leather, GPS and DVD player. It's like my TL on steroids.

Have a great day!

Fun question K.!
I would never get this SUV because it is not big enough for my bunch, but I absolutely LOVE the look of the Land Rover. I can just see myself on safari in Africa in that cute vehicle, lol! Like I sid, it will never happen but I sure so enjoy the thought of it.
