Rash on 6 Month Old's Bottom

Our six month old has a rash on her bottom. We noticed a small couple of spots so started putting on A&D Ointment and change her every couple hours, whether really wet or not...(more frequently if needed...) and everyday the rash has gotten worse. Son's Embarrassing Wart Problem

My 8 year old son had a few warts on his neck so we went to get them removed at the dermatologist. A few days later, he told me he had some more - on his bottom - in the crack!! He is mortified and afraid the go back to get them frozen off. There are about 40 of them and it seems they are spreading (I assume from the skin rubbing together). We tried some Renin A cream prescribed but it didn't seem to help. I know this is a strange question - just wondering if anyone has ideas to get rid of them or ever experienced anything like this. ...
