I've been all over the internet searching. Overwhelming! The bottom line I've found is excercise, lose weight, and diet. Most important - cut sodium and trans fats. Has Anyone Been Successful with South Beach Diet

I have a bunch of weight to loose, my goal is 75 pounds, BMI chart says more… It has been suggested that I try South Beach. I’m concerned b/c I am a picky eater (no fish, ricotta, or other things with “weird” textures). I’ve tried Weight Watchers and it might be ok…it just seems that I can’t follow through for very long. 12 Week Old Allergic to Dairy/possibly Soy

I am a new mother with a precious 12 week old son who has had blood in his stool. The GI doc diagnosed him with allergic colitis and I have been on a dairy-free diet and just added taking out major sources of soy (Obviously I am breastfeeding:) Anyone have a child with allergic colitis? I would love to hear any experiences other moms have had. If you are breastfeeding, what kinds of things did you cook and/or would anyone send good dairy-free recipes to me? Thank you so much!

Has Anyone Tried South Beach Diet or Any Diet That Works Well with Out Starving

Hi There, I am trying to find a diet program that I have not tried. I have done it all. I don't like counting calories. I don't like eating packaged foods. How is South Beach? How to Lose the Rest of the Weight to Reach My Goal Weight.

I have 2 kids, 6 and an almost eight year old. A couple of years after I had the last child I had to have a full hysterectomy. This helped me lose about 30 pounds.
