Possible Milk Allergy

We recently started introducing whole milk to my son last week (he will be one on Friday). Since then, he has been very irritable/fussy and on Sunday night he broke out in a rash all over his face and body. We immediately cut out the milk and took him to the doctors who prescribed a steriod for him. He has not had whole milk since Monday morning and is definitely getting better. My question is, he has been eating american cheese, pasta shells and cheese and margarine since he was about 9 months and never had a reaction. Is it possible...

Help for 5 Year Old's Dry, Itchy Scalp

Hi Everyone! My 5 year old has has scalp issues for quite some time. She always had cradle cap as an infant and it just turned into contact dermatitis as she got older (patches of dry flaky skin on her scalp). That seems to have gotten better. I see some patchy stuff on her scalp but it's nothing that is flaking at all. She is itchy on top though...I have checked for lice so I know it's not that. Her scalp isn't particularly red, it just appears to be dry and itchy. She swims almost everyday so I thought that might be making her scalp...
